How to use this page? Photo permits must be booked at least two weeks in advance, but not more than 3 months out. Additional months have been provided for viewing purposes, but cannot be booked until the date is within 3 months. If a date has a green box on it, it is available for booking in the Conservatory and Sunken Garden. If a date has a teal box on it, it is available for booking in the Sunken Garden only (there is no contingency plan if it rains, but we can try and accommodate a reschedule, since we cannot issue refunds). If there is no box to click on, that date is not available, such as Mondays or days that have already been fully booked. Click on a green or teal box to book a photoshoot for that day. By clicking on the box you will be taken to the Photoshoot Inquiry Form. You will still have to specify the date on the form and the location as either the Sunken Garden Conservatory or both. Remember the Conservatory is only available on weekdays (except Mondays, as we are closed on Mondays). Hours for booking permits are 11 am - 4 pm. 3-4 pm is the latest we can book a permit for.
