How to use this calendar: The dates with blue buttons on them are dates that are open for field trips. Other dates are not available because there are already events on those days or they are reserved for future public programming. Click on a blue button to go to the Field Trip Request Form page. Filling out the form does not guarantee you will get that date. Staff will respond within 24-48 hours if that date still works and we can move ahead with a field trip. Education staff are off Sunday and Monday, so depending on when you submit the form it could take a bit longer to get a response. We highly encourage any field trip planners to fill out the form. However, if there are technical difficulties you can always call or email us to schedule a field trip.
