Programs are for everyone! Schools and homeschools, senior homes and church groups, garden clubs and work retreats—we have plant adventures to suit your needs!

Please note that we offer private programs on weekdays only. Weekends are reserved for public programs, which you can check out here. Explore our private program options in our Adult Programming Guide and School Field Trip Guide.

Some programs are seasonally available and may not be possible during shows, but staff are always happy to answer questions. Email us at gpcons@indy.gov to start a conversation!

Also, it pays to plan ahead. Our calendar fills up fast, and we are usually unable to honor requests that are less than two weeks out.  Please check our available dates calendar to see what dates are open.

Programs have a minimum fee calculated on ten participants. For example, if a program is $7 per participant, the minimum fee would be $70, even if fewer than ten people attend.
