Welcome to the private group programs and field trips page. This page is to help schedule programming for schools, homeschools, scout groups, church groups, senior homes, garden clubs, work outings, 4H, and others. Please note that we offer group programs on weekdays only, as we schedule a lot of our public programs for the weekends. We can offer tours and environmental education classroom programs. We have lots of different program options available in our Adult Programming Guide and School Field Trip Guide. Please take a look at those before filling out your request. We will try our best to honor your program topic request, but some programs need more prep time than others and depending on what other tasks are going on, may not be available on your date. ​Staff is happy to answer questions and work with you to get something scheduled, however.

NOTE: to insure your program request is granted, please give us as much notice as possible. Requesting programs 1-2 weeks before they are scheduled to occur, will likely mean those dates are not available, as our schedule can fill up fast. We often cannot honor requests that are less than two weeks out. Please check our available dates calendar for what we do have available.

Also note, there is a minimum program fee of $60. This is the fee of a school-age program of $6 per child, at a 10 child minimum, which is the ideal lowest number we'd like to have for any personal program. Some programs have a higher minimum fee. For example, if the base fee is $7, the minimum fee would be $70.
